Saturday 1st October, 2022: Arrival Day
Make your own arrangements to arrive at your hotel in London today. Usually, hotel rooms are ready to check in after 3pm. If you arrive early, then you can leave your luggage with the hotel and explore your surroundings while you wait for the room to be ready.
What about my race bib collection?
TCS London Marathon race pack including bib must be collected today – location and opening hours are to be advised nearer to the race.
How do I contact Marathon Tours & Travel Team during my stay?
Marathon Tours & Travel staff will be available in your hotel. Times and contact numbers will be provided with your final documents and itinerary.
This evening Marathon Tours & Travel staff will host a meal in a local restaurant. The evening is designed to be a chance to relax with fellow Run Mummy Run members and enjoy a fabuolous meal together. There will a run through of the race and an opportunity to ask questions throughout the evening.
Sunday 2nd October, 2022: Race Day
This is the day you have trained so hard for!
Take an early breakfast in the hotel before making your way to the race start.
How do I get to the race start?
The TCS London Marathon start is Greenwich Park, easy to reach by tube/DLR.
On arrival at the start please follow the instructions of the race officials.
After the race, celebrate…you deserve it!
How do I get to my hotel from the race finish?
Citadines Aparthotel is a very easy and straightforward walk and takes approx. 5 minutes.
Monday 3rd October, 2022 Check out
Unless you have booked extra nights with us then today, we ask that you check out of your room before 11am, and we say thank you for joining us. It’s not goodbye but instead we’ll see you next time as we hope you will join us for another Marathon Tours & Travel experience.
