Monday 29 August, 2022 : Travel to Bormio
Please make your own arrangements to arrive at our hotel in Bormio today. If you plan to fly then we offer airport transfers for you, your luggage and your bike from Milan Malpensa Airport. Our transfer will depart from Malpensa at 1230pm (you should arrange yourf light to arrive by 1130am).
Our team will be available to meet you at the hotel.
Our hotel
Your stay will be for 2 nights on a half board basis so with breakfasts and evening meals included. You will have an early breakfast on the day of stage 1.
What about my bike?
You can bring your own bike as we have made arrangements to transport bike boxes on our airport transfers. Our mechanic will be available this afternoon at the hotel to assist you with building your bike after travel.
This afternoon and early evening, our tour leaders and bike mechanics are available for you.

Tuesday 30 August, 2022 : Stage 1 - Bormio > Passo Stelvio (84km/3300m+)
We have an early breakfast at the hotel today. Today’s stage to be a circular stage starting and finishing in Bormio so we will stay another night in Bormio tonight.
We will give you the option to give us a day bag with clothing that you can wear after the finish. After today’s finish, there will be a 20km transfer back to Bormio.
After the finish, our team will guide you to your hotel. There’s time to book a massage, get your bike checked by our mechanic and relax. After the Haute Route race briefing, we’ll have the evening meal together at the hotel.
Wednesday 31 August, 2022 : Stage 2 - Bormio > Passo Predaia (120km/3000m+)
We have an early breakfast at the hotel today. We ask you to have your bags ready in reception and our team will collect these for you. The bags will be delivered to your hotel in Trento.
You will again have the option to give us a race day bag with items for at the finish. After today’s finish, there will be a 40km transfer to Trento.
After the finish, our team will guide you to your hotel. Your bags will be ready in reception. There’s time to book a massage, get your bike checked by our mechanic and relax. After the Haute Route race briefing, we’ll have the evening meal together at the hotel.
Thursday 1 September, 2022 : Stage 3 - Trento > Monte Bondone TT (20km/1450m+)
We have a slightly later breakfast todays as it’s time trial day. Today’s stage to be a circular stage starting and finishing in Trento so we will stay another night in Trento tonight.
After the finish, our team will guide you to your hotel. There’s time to book a massage, get your bike checked by our mechanic and relax. After the Haute Route race briefing, we’ll have the evening meal together at the hotel.
Friday 2 September, 2022 : Stage 4 - Trento > Passo Falzarego (139km/3800m+)
We have an early breakfast at the hotel today. We ask you to have your bags ready in reception and our team will collect these for you. The bags will be delivered to your hotel in Cortina.
You will again have the option to give us a race day bag with items for at the finish. After today’s finish, there will be a 20km transfer to Cortina.
After the finish, our team will guide you to your hotel. Your bags will be ready in reception. There’s time to book a massage, get your bike checked by our mechanic and relax. After the Haute Route race briefing, we’ll have the evening meal together at the hotel.
Saturday 3 September, 2022 : Stage 5 - Cortina d'Ampezzo > Tre Cime di Lavaredo (95km/3300m+)
We have an slightly later breakfast at the hotel today. There is no need to have your bags ready in reception as we’ll be staying another night in Cortina. This evening you can collect your bike box and our mechanic is available to assist you with re-packing your bike into the box so you’re ready for travel tomorrow.
You will again have the option to give us a race day bag with items for at the finish. After today’s finish, there will be a 20km transfer to Cortina.
After the finish, ride back to the hotel. There’s time to book a massage, get your bike checked by our mechanic and relax. After the haute Route race briefing, we’ll have the evening meal together at the hotel.
Also this evening our staff are available to assist you with getting your bike ready for travel tomorrow. Your bike box will be waiting for you in Cortina.
Sunday 4 September, 2022 : Departure
After breakfast we offer our optional transfer back to Venice Marco Polo airport. Our first airport transfer will leave Cortina at 06:00 in time for flights that depart Venice airport after 10:00.
