Foreign athletes will be able to participate in the competition if you are already registered with an athletics federation. Otherwise, - also for insurance reasons - you will have to sign during registration at an additional cost of 10 euros for a CSEN card, upon producing a copy of your medical certificate.
To participate in one of the three races, it is essential to have the sports medical certificate for the competitive activity valid on the date of the race and recognized by the country of residence, regardless of their membership in sports clubs or federations. A copy of the valid medical certificate, if not delivered at the time of registration (a medical certificate is needed for foreign people) must be delivered upon collection of the bib.

In the event that the registered competitor does not provide the documents mentioned above at the withdrawal of the bib, the bib itself cannot be delivered and the competitor will not be able to take part in the race, without the right to any refund of the registration fee.
Refreshments and checkpoints
The races are in semi-self-sufficiency in water and food. Along the way there will be refreshment points for replenishment with liquids and solids It is forbidden to be accompanied on the route by another person who is not regularly registered.
The race adheres to the campaign "I do not throw my waste": those who will be caught abandoning material and / or waste on the route and outside the pre-established points may be disqualified.
The detection of competitors, either with chips or with manual check is carried out in rescue posts or at refreshment points. Only runners with a clearly visible bib have access to refuelling points. On the site will be published the map of the route that will identify the refreshments and rescue points. "Flying" checkpoints will be placed in other places outside the rescue and refreshment posts. Their location will not be communicated by the organization.

Race 12.4KM:
Race pack with technical gadgets and typical products, personalized bib with microchip detection, transport to departures, transport of clothing from start to finish. Massage service, refreshment along the way and on arrival, meal voucher or in case the conditions imposed by the health authorities do not allow it, packed lunch.
Races 21KM and 42K:
Race pack with typical products, technical gadgets, personalized bib with detection, microchip, train ticket for transport on departure (from Sondrio to Chiuro or Tirano), transport of clothing departure arrival, massage service, refreshments along the way and on arrival and meal voucher or in case the conditions imposed by the health authorities do not allow it, packed lunch.
Mandatory clothing - race rules
- Start numbers must be visible throughout the entirety of the competition.
- 42km: trail running shoes – cup/drinking vessel – windproof jacket – headtorch - telephone – emergency blanket
- 21km: trail running shoes – cup/drinking vessel – windproof jacket
- 12km: trail running shoes – cup/drinking vessel – windproof jacket Any athletes found without any of the required kit will be penalised. Kit checks will take place during number collection, at the start line and spot-checks along the course.
Bag drop-off
There is a bag drop service for those who require it. You can drop your bag off at the start point of your race and your items will be transferred to the finish line for you. The times for delivery are set our as follows:
- 9:00am-9.50am Castione Andevenno meeting point departure for 12km race
- 9:00am-9.45am Tirano meeting point (at Piazza Municipio) for 42km race
- 10:00-10.45am Chiuro meeting point (at the Municipal Stadium) for 21km race
It is recommended not to put fragile or valuable items in the bag. Bags with externally attached objects will not be transported. While ensuring extreme attention, the organization does not assume responsibility for objects that may be lost or damaged during transport. The bags will be returned to Sondrio in the area adjacent to arrival (follow signs).

Payments
When you confirm your booking, we will take a deposit payment. Subsequent payments are taken automatically.
The cost of the event entry is non-refundable.
