• Andrea Ferrigato is affectionately known by his former teammates and friends as “Ferri” for his legs of “Steel”. Andrea has recorded an estimated 650000 miles in his cycling career and he’s still not done yet! Ferri has had a professional career spanning 15 years. He competed 8 times at the Giro d’Italia and 4 times at the Tour de France. He was a stage winner of the Giro d’Italia (1994) and his best year was 1996. In that year he won the Leeds International Classic and the Grand Prix of Switzerland.

About Andrea

• Andrea remains very passionate and thankful for his career and is keen to share this passion with other cyclists. Andrea has participated himself in several epic rides in Italy and other European Countries. He loves to ride the Strade Bianche in Tuscany and Dolomites during the Giro d’Italia and is eager to ride alongside other riders who share his passion. When he is not riding his bike he works on his farm and he spends time with his family. He supports the passions of his children which are motocross for Lorenzo and athletics for Nia.
