Post-event self-guided cycling tour - from £375 per person based on two people sharing a studio for 4 nights on a B&B basis with return private transfers.

Stay at one of our Port de Pollensa hotels for 4-7 nights. We’ll provide you with tranfers to Port de Pollensa, a GPS navigation app with a selection of routes to ride during your stay; whether it’s more leisurely cycling across Mallorca’s southern plains or something more challenging into the Tramuntana Mountains. You may even spot the pros out and about while you’re cycling!

Itinerary 

Thursday 17th October

Today you will arrive into Palma Airport where our friendly team will be ready to welcome you. We will run two scheduled group transfers today, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, to transport you and your bikes to our hotel in Peguera. 

Late afternoon we will do an easy run to loosen the legs and catch up for a welcome drink and briefing on the days ahead. Later this evening we will walk over to the event site at Tora Beach for the Challenge athlete briefing. This will be followed by a rock concert from 8pm, to get the adrenaline going. 

Registration is open 3pm – 8pm. 

Friday 18th October

If you didn’t get a chance to register last night, you have this morning to head down to the expo. Registration is open from 10am. This afternoon the transition area will open, so we will head back over to Tora Beach to check your bikes and bags in. The rest of the day is free for you to prepare for race day and enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean surroundings.  There is a pasta party tonight included with your entry slot. 

Saturday 19th October

This morning we will meet in the hotel foyers with the athletes and supporters making our way to the race start area. After the race starts we will take the supporters to key cheering zones on the course to support their athletes. The Tri Travel team will be on hand to support you after the race, with a celebration drink and guidance on getting back to the hotels. Our hotel is located a 10-minute walk away enabling you to get the rest you need after your race. 

Sunday 20th October

Unless you have booked extra nights please check out of your room before Noon. We will be running a morning and afternoon group airport transfer, please advise of your flight times to ensure we can plan these in for suitable times. 

Payments

To book this tour we require a non-refundable non-transferable deposit of 25% at the time of booking. From this date, the booking is fully non-refundable and non-changeable. Final payment is due 30 days before travel. Payment schedules are available.

Our tours are available to book for Triathletes and family and friends from any country. 

Transfers

Return airport transfers from Palma International Airport are included on this tour. We will schedule AM & PM group transfers based on the flight details you provide to us. Near to departure you will receive a form to fill out to from our team. Transfers include a trailer to safely transport your bikes to the hotel. 

Your Details

Please check all the details shown to make sure the names on your booking are the same as each person's passport. If not, please let us know within 48 hours of making your booking so we can change them. If you don't let us know straight away, you may be charged. Names must be given at the time of booking and any shown as TBA will be classed as a name change and there will be a charge.

Insurance

Destination Sport Experiences strongly recommends travellers to take out comprehensive travel insurance with sufficient healthcare cover, including cover for existing medical conditions and any activities you plan to do.

If you have a European Health Insurance Card it will be valid up to its expiry date. This will be replaced with a new UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC). You can find further details here.
