How to book
To make your booking, click on the orange button at the top of the page, ensuring that you select the correct number of rooms and types for all members in your party plus all the required extras. When you book, we will require a deposit to confirm your place.
Payments
When you confirm your booking, we will take a deposit payment. Subsequent payments are taken automatically. The cost of the event entry is non-refundable.
Travel advice
Before you travel, check the ‘Entry requirements’ section for Italy’s current entry restrictions and requirements.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travellers to take out comprehensive travel insurance with sufficient healthcare cover, including cover for existing medical conditions and any activities you plan to do.
You must ensure that your travel insurance policy covers you to participate in running events.
Guaranteed 2024 Rome Marathon Entry
We are pleased to offer you guaranteed entry for the 2024 Rome Marathon. You can buy the entry at an additional cost if you also buy the accommodation package with us.

Starting Times and Bib Numbers
Although we are licensed to sell official entries for the 2024 Rome Marathon, we have no influence over the allocation of starting times and bib numbers. After purchasing your race entry with us, you will be sent a link to complete the registrations process. Please do not expect it immediately after booking - it will be sent when Rome Marathon send the links to us. The race organisers will allocate you a starting time and bib based on the information you provide.

Weather
Average temperatures on race day are between 45 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
Eligibility
Athletes need to be 20 years or older on race day.
Non-competitive entry
Participation is allowed for non-Italians living abroad, who are not members of a Sports Club affiliated with World Athletics (former IAAF), signing an ad hoc waiver form. The race time will not be displayed in the general leader board but will rather only be available next to the Athlete's name, in alphabetical order, in a separate result table and the Athlete will not be able to win any prizes. Time limit to finish the marathon is 6h30.
Competitive entry
Competitive runners or Italian citizens who are not members of a national athletic federation affiliated with World Athletics (former IAAF) or FIDAL are required to purchase a RunCard and provide a medical certificate. If you are not able to obtain the above, please sign up as a non-competitive runner.

Awards
Every runner receives a commemorative finisher’s medal.
Event difficulty
Mostly flat, some of the course is on cobblestone.
