Royal Parks Half 2024 - International Runners

Minimum age

Only persons who will be aged 17 years or above on the date of the Royal Parks Half Marathon (Sunday 8 October 2023) may register for the Event. 

Conditions of Sale

Please note we cannot sell race entry without accommodation package and we cannot sell race entries to residents of the UK.

Entry procedure

When you buy your package with us, your entry is included as part of the package. A non-runner reduction will be given to spectators. You will be sent an email invite to complete your registration on the Royal Parks Half Marathon website approximately one to two months prior to the race date.

Please read the Terms for participation carefully, as you have to accept them to participate in the event.

How to book

To make your booking, click on the orange button at the top of the page, ensuring that you select the correct number of rooms and types for all members in your party plus all the required extras. When you book, we will require a deposit to confirm your place. 

Payments

When you confirm your booking, we will take a deposit payment. Subsequent payments are taken automatically. The cost of the event entry is non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is an essential part of any holiday you take, and we highly recommend that you purchase suitable insurance for your trip. You must ensure that your travel insurance policy covers you to participate in running events in the UK.

Your Details

Please check all the details shown to make sure the names on your booking are the same as each person's passport. If not, please let us know within 48 hours of making your booking so we can change them. If you don't let us know straight away you may be charged. Names must be given at the time of booking and any shown as TBA will be classed as a name change and there will be a charge.

Insurance

Destination Sport Experiences strongly recommends travellers to take out comprehensive travel insurance with sufficient healthcare cover, including cover for existing medical conditions and any activities you plan to do.

If you have a European Health Insurance Card it will be valid up to its expiry date. This will be replaced with a new UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC). You can find further details here.

Availability and access to certain services / seating may be limited by the service provider so we recommend you talk to us about what you need before booking. If you book online please add details of any special assistance you need in the special request box.
