The Running Conference presented by Haku, takes place from 10th to 12th December at Holywell Park Conference Centre, Loughborough University.

The Running Conference presented by Haku, is organised for Running Industry Alliance (RIA) Members and 1 ticket is part of the full RIA Membership. Additional tickets for TRC23 can be bought from RIA directly by contacting the membership team (email below).

About The Running Conference presented by Haku, 2023 #TRC23:

Following the overwhelming success of the "The Running Conference" last December, this year’s conference will once again take place at Loughborough University in Leicestershire.

“AMPLIFICATION” is the theme of this year’s conference with a focus around connecting, supporting, educating, sharing, amplifying, networking and growing.

The Running Conference presented by Haku will feature curated content built for members of RIA, including conference sessions, keynote speakers, panel and round table discussions, activations, market and data insights, plenty of networking opportunities and a celebration of the running industry.

The Running Conference presented by Haku and accommodation are only available to those 18 years of age and over.

What is The Running Conference presented by Haku by Running Industry Alliance (RIA) and who will attend?

The Running Conference presented b y Haku is the “must attend” largest annual RIA Members in-person meet up (B2B), organised by Running Industry Alliance (RIA).

The Running Conference #TRC23 will take place at Holywell Park Conference Centre, Loughborough University from Sunday 10th December to Tuesday 12th December 2023.

RIA Members from the running industry’s different sectors including brands, retailers, events, media, distributors, communities, charities, NGB’s, services, suppliers and more.

“AMPLIFICATION” is the theme of TRC23 with a focus around connecting, supporting, educating, sharing, amplifying, networking and growing following on from “COLLABORATION” theme of TRC22.

Many RIA Members see the conference as a RE-SET, RE-CONNECT & RE-FOCUS on the past year’s learnings and looking ahead and beyond, a place to meet, learn and apply.

Important Accommodation information

All double or single-night bookings must be made individually, rooms cannot be handed over for a second night's stay

Location

Loughborough is at the heart of England in the northernmost part of the county of Leicestershire and being centrally placed it is well served by road, rail, and air.

Main line road and rail networks link Loughborough directly with the rest of the country and the town itself is served by excellent bus services.

Loughborough University is less than two miles away from junction 23 of the M1 motorway.

London is one-and-a-half hours away by train, Birmingham one hour, and Manchester and Leeds around two hours. There are regularly scheduled flights from the UK, European and international destinations to East Midlands Airport, only 7 miles away.

By Coach or Bus

Coach and bus services to and from other parts of Leicestershire and the UK operate from the centre of Loughborough. Travel by National Express or regional bus services to Loughborough then connects with local bus town services to the Loughborough University campus.

By Rail

Regular Intercity services operate between Loughborough and other mainline towns - including daily trains to and from London St Pancras International, 90 minutes away.

Loughborough's railway station is just ten minutes away from the campus. There is a regular bus service that operates between campus and the station every ten minutes during term time. Taxis are normally available to/from the station.

By Air

East Midlands Airport is only 7 miles away and offers both domestic and international flights. Birmingham International Airport is around an hour away from campus by car.

By Car

Loughborough's nearest motorway link is the M1; the campus is just two miles from Junction 23. The university is clearly signed on all the other main approach roads to Loughborough.

Parking is free for RIA Members attending The Running Conference at Holywell Park Conference Centre.
