Thursday: Arrival 4-night Itinerary
Please make your own arrangements to arrive at our hotel in Leuven today or you can book onto our airport transfers. We will provide a transfer from Brussels Airport. We will welcome you at the airport and your coach will be waiting outside the terminal. We will also transport your bike in its box or bag.
Our hotel
The hotel is a 3* hotel in Leuven near the finish. Your stay includes breakfast and an evening meal which will be a sportive menu on the night before your ride. The hotel has secure bike storage and free Wi-Fi.
What about my bike?
You can bring your own bike as bikes can be safely stored at the hotel. Our mechanic will be available this afternoon at the hotel to assist you with building your own bike after travel.
Event Registration
You must register for the event and collect your race pack. The registration venue is at the following location: To be Confirmed soon

Friday: Arrival 3 Night guests and guided bike ride
Please make your own arrangements to arrive at our hotel today. Please ensure that you arrive in time to check in, prepare your bike plus collect your race pack and register for the event.
Guided Ride (for those who arrived yesterday)
After breakfast and any final bike adjustments, we will take you on a supported, guided ride exploring the course.
After the ride, please make your way to the event expo to collect your race pack and attend the technical briefing for tomorrow’s event.
Event Registration
You must register for the event and collect your race pack. The registration venue is at the following location: TBC

From 17.00 - Riders briefing age groups world championships at Venue TBC
Saturday: Women's Elite, Women's age groups and Men over 50s
Today is the day! We have an early start this morning. Early breakfasts are arranged in the hotel restaurants (if included with your chosen accommodation).
Getting to the start
As we are staying in Leuven, we offer transport to the start in Halle. Our team will be available this morning if you have any last-minute mechanical issues, or if you need any other assistance.
Getting back from the finish
The finish is in Leuven so near the hotel. It is possible to ride back after you finish but our team will be present at the finish should anyone require any assistance.
